Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

1. If a client is not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, they must contact Mike’s Professional Cleaning Ltd within 72 hours of the service completion. The client can either call our customer service hotline, send an email to our customer support team or fill out the contact form on our website to report any issues or concerns.

2. Upon receiving the client’s feedback, our customer support team will investigate the issue and verify the details. We may request photos, videos, or any other relevant documentation to support the claim.

3. If the issue is determined to be valid and falls within the scope of our cleaning services, Mike’s Professional Cleaning Ltd will schedule a follow-up appointment within the next 72 hours to re-clean the areas in question at no additional cost to the client.

4. The 72-Hour Fantastic Guarantee is limited to one follow-up cleaning per service appointment. If the client is still not satisfied after the follow-up cleaning, they must contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the follow-up service completion to discuss further options.

5. The 72-Hour Fantastic Guarantee does not cover issues or concerns caused by factors outside of our control, such as pre-existing damage, structural problems, or unauthorized individuals tampering with the cleaned areas.

6. The 72-Hour Fantastic Guarantee does not apply to cleaning services performed by third-party contractors or subcontractors.

7. Mike’s Professional Cleaning Ltd reserves the right to decline a guarantee request if the reported issue is determined to be frivolous, malicious, or in violation of the terms and conditions stated herein.
